Gazpacho

Gazpacho

Ingredients:

tomatoes, peeled
purple onion
cucumber, peeled & seeded
fresh parsley, rough chopped
fresh chives roughly chopped
clove garlic
red wine vinegar
olive oil
freshly squeezed lemon juice
tsp sugar
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
tabasco sauce to taste
worcestershire sauce
tomato juice

Method
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend to the desired consistency, I personally like a little texture but that’s all a very personal taste. The salt, pepper, tabasco and Worcestershire is also per your personal taste.

Place in fridge over night for flavors to infuse.
