Chicken Stir Fry
130g Chicken breast (skinless)
125g Mixed veg – I used red & yellow peppers, spinach and carrots
Cook & Spray
Mixed Herbs (fresh or dried)
Salt & Pepper
Spray a stick proof pan with some cook & spray, place chicken in pan, and fry up. Add a little water to loosen the juices on the bottom of the pan. Season and throw some mixed herbs on, add your veg mix, and fry up some more until veg is at al dante stage.
Season to your liking with a little tobacco and enjoy with 2 cracker breads.
This all takes 10 – 15 minutes, and tastes great.
